We're engineers and scientists building implantable neurotechnology to fight neurological conditions. At CorTec the work is unusually whole: we design and build our own active neural implants end to end — from the electrode that meets the tissue to the electronics and software that turn neural signals into therapy.

That means what you work on here is real, implanted, and headed for the people who need it. We're small enough that your work is visible, and far enough along that it reaches patients: our Brain Interchange platform is in clinical evaluation today. And it's not only our own device — through our CDMO work, the same hands build active implants for partners across the field.
